Great Stay By the Boardwalk!

We had a wonderful stay. Location was very convenient, and even though we were right by the boardwalk it wasn’t too loud or too bright. The condo was clean and the care instructions were clear. Only reason I’m not leaving 5 stars is because we had trouble with the front door not locking from the outside a few times. Maintenance was quick and helpful each time. Also the parking situation is pretty tight in terms of spacing, something to keep in mind if you’re driving a large truck, SUV, or minivan. Other than that I’d recommend.

So much fun!

We absolutely loved this property. It was so clean and the location was amazing! Right across from the main part of the boardwalk. We walked everywhere. Close to tons of places to eat. Grass area close by for our pup! It was perfect!

Good and Bad

We decided relatively last minute to take once last summer trip to the beach before the kids go back to school. We chose this place due to the price, availability and the fact that it was close to things that we could do with our kids. Upon arrival (after having to go pickup KEYS), we come in and realize that this place is right in the middle of all the action! Loud music, bright lights and lots of people around. Having no window covering on the back door was a little unsettling. With the kids sleeping on the pull-out bed, it made for long nights. The first night we realized that the A/C wasn’t getting cold and it was leaking water everywhere in the kitchen. We got to investigating before making a call and realized that the filters were absolutely disgusting and was blocking the airflow. We took the filters out of both units and cleaned them. Afterwards, they cooled like a champ and made the rest of our stay comfortable. We also were disappointed with finding hair in the shower, and shards of glass in the living room (which we found the hard way
stuck in my foot!) The front door didn’t seem to be secure enough either. There was no deadbolt or security latch. During a storm, rain water blew in under the door, which we had to clean up with towels! The condo itself was decorated nicely but the layout was odd and the beds weren’t comfortable at all. The best parts were being within walking distance of restaurants, the beach, and not having to pay super inflated prices for parking

Great Location

The condo was extremely clean and surprisingly quite considering the boardwalk was right outside. We sat on the balcony and watched the fireworks one night. It was the perfect spot to see them!

Newer Condo with quick access to beach

Property was nicely furnished and walking distance to ocean, The two restaurants within the building were good options. The amusement park was across the street from the building (between the condo and the ocean) generating a lot of action and noice. My only suggestion re check in is to note that the office is closed on Sunday.

Love the area great place. Everything was nearby. Bella Vita was very cozy warm had good appliances (I love cooking!) Great views. Thursday night was concert and fireworks we sat on the terrace and enjoyed the show. Thanks for a great stay!

This property is different than anywhere we have stayed before. We liked the location because we could walk to several eating places. We enjoyed being close to the boardwalk area. However, the beach was extremely crowded. The unit was furnished nicely. Walls need touching up and shower needs to be cleaned better.

Pretty Ok!

Great location with access to good restaurants and the beach. When we checked in, there was a set of Luggage outside of our room that sat for three days and nobody claimed it. Also, the bed is very small and quite uncomfortable.
