Le complexe Reefs II de Carolina Beach abrite ce condo Ă©conomique de 2 chambres Ă  coucher et 2 salles de bain. Cette section de l'extrĂ©mitĂ© nord est calme, rĂ©sidentielle et proche du quai de pĂȘche de North End ainsi que du parc Freeman ... apportez donc les 4 roues motrices et emballez les cannes Ă  pĂȘche!

Situé en face de l'océan, ce logement au troisiÚme étage dispose d'un grand pont ouvert avec vue sur l'Atlantique, un endroit idéal pour bronzer et se détendre. Abordable et paisible, cet appartement basique et un peu démodé de 2 chambres est une bonne option pour une escapade à la plage. La chambre principale a un lit queen et une salle de bain privée tandis que la chambre d'amis a un lit double et un accÚs au petit balcon donnant sur la piscine. Il y a une grande piscine disponible sur le site. Ceci est une unité non-fumeur. Animaux interdits. 2 places de parking disponibles sur le cÎté ou derriÚre le bùtiment. Absolument pas de parking sous le condo. Loue samedi à samedi

The condo was very clean and the beds had fresh linens. We were provided plenty of bath towels for the week which was very nice. The location is very nice, safe, quiet and across the street from ocean front. The balcony was nice to sit on in the morning to have breakfast and listen to the waves. The only downfall was that we experienced two dirty frying pans and a dirty pot in the cupboard. In regard to kitchen ware, my suggestion would be to throw out some things there and get some new as the ones there aren’t in the best condition and provide a little more than what is there. There weren’t really any decent pots or pans to cook with. Also, if you are older or have knee/leg problems, this condo definitely is not for you as it is located on the 3rd floor and has a TON OF STEPS to climb. We did have a very smooth week while we stayed here though- no problems or issues.

Great Location for Family Beach Stay

Unit was clean, right across from beach access point, great pool for kids, loved having washer/dryer. My son and boys had a great time.

Property needs maintenance

Using the bedroom door was very annoying because the sliding door is damaged and could not be used, the laundry room door needs to be fixed, the water in the bathtub stagnates too much, I could list many more, I will only say that this property needs maintenance

Well equipped and comfortable.

Property was nice, had everything you’d need and location was great. Loved the pool and on-site parking. Our unit had an issue with entrance door so the only way in and out was through a bedroom. Not ideal at all. This should be fixed and some minor updates made also.

Good but needs improvement

It was clean and close to the beach. The steps were a lot. Our main problem was the screen door. It would not slide open more than 1 foot so we could not even remove our luggage. They did not seem like this was a big deal or that they wanted to fix it.

Perfect for a relaxing get away

My daughter and I picked this place for our annual mother/daughter vacation and other than the 49 steps to get to our unit it was amazing! It’s a one minute walk to the beach but not close to chair and umbrella rentals. We did see someone on a 4-wheeler once that had chairs and umbrella rentals but you’re better off bringing/buying your own. The bldg has it’s own pool but they need more chairs! The unit we stayed in also needs to update that all the tvs are roku/smart tvs! Other than that everything was perfect and we plan on going back next year for a longer period of time and we’ll be choosing a first floor unit!

Was perfect weather. Quiet location with other families with children. Great pool for when surf was too rough for littles. Only downfall Carolina Beach parking fees just outrageous.

My stay in Carolina beach was fantastic. The unit was conveniently located to my event at freedom park, you can walk to the tiki bar and beach in 5 min. The unit was a little outdated, but that was fine for what we needed for.

needs improvements

The entrance door is a thin old wooden door easily kicked in and broken into, no second storm or security door. Have to enter the unit from the sliding doors which could not be locked at night and hard to open and close. In these times, security is not optional. The curtain rod in maser bedroom was hanging down ripped out from the wall when we arrived but I managed to close the curtains somewhat. The second bedroom closet is locked so you cannot bring another couple because they have to hang their clothe in your master bedroom closet. I don't remember if the description mentions that there is no elevator so don't bring any older person who can't climb 42 stairs. The washing machine is on its way out, makes a awful rumbling noise and someone will not have a washer when renting the unit. I reported it to Bryant real estate. No TVs in bedrooms. The dishwasher had dishes with thick cheese backed on to some dishes. I guess cleaning people did not check the dishwasher. All the furnishings and appliances are old. It needs a serious overhaul. The beach is close by and it was quiet.

Great little place.

Loved the location for the $$, although the 4 floors of walk-up was pretty hard on us 67/70 year olds. Wouldn’t do that again. Also furniture was old and kind of dingy but that was to be expected....closets were locked shut, so no where to actually hang clothes , but, we really enjoyed ourselves. But we had fun, saw our kids and grandkids and would do it again.

My mom and I stayed here for two nights when I had to travel for a specialist appointment in Wilmington. The location was great! I stayed in another unit in this building a few weeks before, same layout but I booked it through another site. I did find that the other unit was much nicer (and it was a little cheaper). For me personally, this unit could use some updating in terms of decor and furniture (the couch is not very comfy and the unit didn't have a beachy feel to it like the other one I stayed in). Some liquid hand soap should be added to the unit, especially during the pandemic (there were wrapped bars of facial soap that were made available). On the plus, it was clean and the kitchen appeared to be well-equipped, although we didn't use it during our stay.

Our stay

The lady at the checkin real estate office was terribly rude. The lock into our property only worked well a few times, lots of fighting with the door, sliding doors didn’t slide without a huge amount of effort, the caulk in the bathroom and kitchen was old and terribly discolored and gross looking, the pool was nice, the beach access was nice, the space was nice, it was good to have a kitchen and dinning room table. I guess it was good for the money.
