My family's like this place

My family enjoyed 😉 this place nice and big for a large family like mine everything nice and clean alot of food and activities are just 5 to 15 minutes from the house 6 block from the beaches ⛱ we had a blast at this place will visited again i give it a 9/10 only because the grill lol we used alot of gas grill but it wasn't no problem still got it done.

House was beautiful, spacious, loved the backyard and sunroom; only issue was lack of sheets and pillows (if having more than 8 people staying); not enough trash bags; no paper towels; no bodywash, no shampoo or conditioner; needed a little bit more dishwashing pods, or there should be a list of items that will not be provided so guests know to bring in advance; other than that everything was absolutely amazing!

Great weekend trip!

This place was great for what our group needed. It is centrally located on the island which makes everything just minutes away but in a more residential area so it was quiet and relaxing! The listing mentions another rental and management would be on the property, completely separate from this rental. This was true but we never saw or heard any other guests or management, felt like we had the property to ourselves! Check-in and check-out were easy.

Great house with plenty of room

We received communication regarding our stay immediately and prior to check-in to include the door code. There was plenty of parking and plenty of space in the home itself. We enjoyed the covered/enclosed back patio as well as the uncovered part of the outside area including the picnic table, which my children really enjoyed. They also came in handy after a trip to the ocean because we could hang out outside until it was our turn in the showers and there were plenty of places to let our clothes/towels dry enough to shake off sand. The washer and dryer came in handy as well! The only thing that may be a negative point for some was the proximity to the beach, since it was 6 blocks away. However, we appreciated the calm of the neighborhood and being away from the traffic on the main road. We just drove and parked closer which worked better for us than walking with kiddos. The beds were comfy, kitchen was well-equipped, and the decor was inviting. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this place again!

Such a beautiful house

The owners was very helpful during the whole process including alternative parking. The house was very spacious for the amount of guests we had. The house was fully stocked with glasses, dishes etc. Would strongly recommend to family and friends.

The Flotilla was amazing

The Flotilla surpassed all my expectations. The home is clean and beautifully decorated. There is enough room that in our group of 8 it was easy to find a nook for privacy or quiet. the patio and backyard are great entertaining spaces, the kitchen is big enough to be the center of interaction and the dining room was large enough for meals and evening games and fellowship. The living room or den was not large but accommodating and was comfortable as a 4th bedroom. I loved how all of the availible streaming services were logged in to a home account so that purging your own accounts at the end of the trip wasnt a thought. The bathrooms were clean and very comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. This home is further from the beach than some people would prefer but the neighborhood is quiet, and distance from the beach is deffinatley factored into the more than reasonable price of the rental. I have no complaints only suggestions. We did spend time on the beach so a broom to sweep up sand and a fully enclosed outdoor shower would put this place over the top. Checkin/out was simple and communication with property managers was easy and professional. Everything you need is in the blue notebooks. I go to Carolina beach every summer and despite being further from the ocean than I prefer this was one of the 2 best rentals I've ever stayed in.
