The property was beautiful and the location was a short walk from the beach. The beach items, balcony, and rooftop access were all great bonus features for our family. The living room table was the focal point for our evenings and we did defeat Ghostface in the board game "Scream"! The only issue we had was all 4 smoke alarms going off at midnight our first night there. Luckily the fire dept was able to come and disconnect the problem alarm for us. Otherwise, we had a great time and if we come back to Carolina Beach, we'd definitely look into the availability of the Irish Goodbye!

This is a great house! Love the roof top bar and proximity to the beach (short walk). The windows could use better shades if you want to sleep past 7:00am. I would prefer a coffee maker over a keurig. Communication was excellent with the host. Host should consider adding outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Overall it was a great house. AC is very cold, especially downstairs. Comfy beds.
