Amazing location to the beach and beautiful rooftop views. All the rooms were clean, had great natural lighting, and the house had great beach amenities to use. Walking to North End Cafe for coffee was a plus and it’s an easy walk or drive to the boardwalk. Great stay in a beautiful house!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was perfect—just steps from the sand with beautiful ocean views. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the bright, open living areas and the outdoor space. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the whole experience seamless from check-in to check-out. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our friend group had the best time staying here for the long weekend! Prime location, right across from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and bars. House is very clean and has everything you’ll need

Great property

Our family stayed here for the 2nd time this year. The location is great as you can walk across the street to beach access. There are beautiful ocean and intracoastal waterway views. The house is well appointed and our large family gathering enjoyed the ample space. We are already planning our next stay at this property in 2025. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.

We could not of been more happy with this property! The property was immaculate and welcoming. The owner of the property was there before check in time to ensure everything was clean and ready for us. He also stayed in touch throughout the week, via text, making sure we didn’t need anything. Even better than the photos! Immaculately clean, beautiful home. Cannot overstate the value of having both ocean and inlet views. Thoughtful touches like providing travel toothbrushes and toothpaste. Quality towels, nice cookware, tons of way-better-than-average plates and glasses. Very responsive and kind hosts (even when we goofed up the elevator).

Family Beach Trip / Extended weekend

The property is just like described and listed. Great home, we loved the main floor with the kitchen and living area. The house is very clean and beds are comfy. Very close to the beach with a short walk right across the street. Kristin was very helpful, the home had little extras throughout the house like extra beach towels, beach chairs, kitchen items, and toiletries. The view from the roof and really all balcony’s are great with water views on both sides. Elevator worked great. Overall a great VRBO and host, would highly recommend for any beach trip stay to carolina beach. Would come back again.

A wonderful house

We had a group of 10 family members, including 2 young children, for a long weekend stay. The house is lovely and very clean. All supplies you could need were very well stocked with some nice extra touches. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The multiple decks provide great views of both the ocean and intracoastal waterway. Overall an excellent experience. We would definitely book this house again.

Perfect for families!

We enjoyed our Spring Break stay in this lovely home steps away from the beach. We vacationed with my cousin’s family and found the home to be very clean, modern and equipped for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room with two king beds for the adults, our teens had their own space and the young children their rooms too. I loved the upper deck and private decks off the bedrooms! We appreciated the communication with the host and ease of check in and check out process. If we are ever in the area again, we would certainly wish to stay here for another nice visit to North Carolina. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Thanks for the bottle of wine too!

Wonderful Home

We had a great time during our family beach week at this lovely home. Matt and Kristin were great hosts and were very responsive. The house itself is well-equipped with everything you could need and it's a great space for groups of people to play games and chat. There was plenty of sleeping space and the beds were comfortable with quality bed linens. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach across the street. The roof top deck was our favorite feature of the house!

Good times at Carolina beach

This was our second stay at the property for our annual fishing trip. Comfortable beds for all the adults in our group, common space on the 3rd floor has the best views of the waterway on one side and the ocean on the other. rooftop was an amazing way to start the day with a coffee and sunrise. The property was well stocked with plenty of utensils, pots, pans and dishes. The owner even provided the first case of water and a bag of ice for our cooler. We will continue to come back.

Amazing Location & Property

5 stars across the board. I have never stayed at Carolina Beach before and it offered a lot from an amazing beach (access across the street), to a little town within walking distance that has a world famous donut shop, a few stores to shop in and a little carnival with rides that my 8 year old loved. The property had views for days, was very clean, had every kitchen pot, pan, baking dish and utensil you could ever need. There are a lot of stairs, but they didn't bother us. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (1 queen, 1 double w/ trundle, 2 twins), 3rd floor two king master suits and 4th floor main living area (kitchen, living room and dinning room). We had 5 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of room and 2 decks on every floor, one facing ocean and one facing the inlet. There is an elevator to use to bring all your items to each floor. I am planning to book this property again and we can't wait to go back. The owner was very responsive and available during our stay. Loved it!
