The family really enjoyed our stay at this charming Old Florida house from the turn of the century. Great location, plenty of space in the fenced yard for our boat trailer. The house was comfortable with everything you need for a weekend getaway. We brought our dogs which was a plus! The house had tons of character being over 100 years old. Jason was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.
We loved staying here for the simplicity, history, and very convenient location! This cozy old cottage is clean, well kept, and perfect for a weekend stay. Itâs a family friendly neighborhood but also within short walking distance to the water and restaurants/bars. Iâm especially grateful for how Jason welcomed my dog- no hesitation when asked and even provided a tennis ball and huge water bowl! Thank you!! We will be back!
It was the most adorable cottage, so much charm and comfort. We were very pleased with our stay and will recommend to anyone. Definitely gets 5 stars! Hope to stay here again in the future!
I really enjoyed staying at this house. It is perfect for someone who needs to just get away for a few days. It would work for a family too, but thatâs just not what I used it for. The WiFi was great. I was able to keep working. It is close to the grocery store, Dollar General, and restaurants.
The only âproblemsâ I had were completely out of the ownerâs control. I brought my three dogs with me and one of them is a hunting hound. His nose led him astray a couple of times and he was able to get out of the property. I just kept him on a leash after that. There is also a rooster like a block over. I cannot stand roosters. But you canât hear it in the house at all.
The house was very clean and welcoming. The outside has a bunch of cool plants too. They have fruit trees and tons of flowers.
All in all, I enjoyed my stay here. It was great.
