The front desk staff made multiple errors, neither employee took accountability and just blamed the other. Gave me 2 rooms that were already occupied. The outside appearance needs some updating and no one cleans up the trash laying on the ground.

The bathroom fan was so loud that we opted to not turn on the light and fan when we showered. Our neighbors were really loud (which we understand is nothing that the room could fix); however, they also had a dog that barked which made staying in the room less comfortable. Last, the shampoo and soap provided were not of the best quality. We ended up bringing our own shampoo and tolerated the soap.
