Was what was advertised, very nice views but deck was dirty with leaves from last fall and a lot of spider webs in corners of house, we got them and was very comfortable.

House was clean, but outdated. Pots, pans, utensils very unorganized. Deck needs redone. Landscaping is not well maintained. Lake was perfect.
