This newly furnished 3 bedroom family home is located on the Albatros 2 complex close to the beaches of the Mar Menor in Mar de Cristal. The house has 3 good size bedrooms with family bathroom and separate shower room. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with 2 single beds and on the first floor there are one bedroom with a double bed with a small balcony and other bedroom with two single beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, washing machine and a utility area. There is parking for a car inside a gated patio area at the front of the property and patio area at the back of the property which is south facing and backs onto the communal pool area and gardens.



Mar de Cristal and Isla Menores has long sandy beaches on the Mar Menor, 2 supermarkets, tennis and padel centre, sailing school and a selection of bars and restaurants as well as a market and cinema during high season.

Lovely apartment

Lovely place, very well equipped and clean. Outside area was lovely in the warm weather, sat outside most of the time. Pool is clean and well maintained. The property is very well run by a property company, who sent a very useful user guide with all the local information.

Recomiendo esta casa.Hemos disfrutado y descansado mucho, la casa es muy acogedora, te sientes muy cómodo,la playa a 5 minutos andando, el recinto con la piscina es magnífico y súper cuidado, los peques han disfrutado mucho. Una zona muy tranquila Hubo un problemilla en el primer momento,pero nos lo resolvieron rapidísimo. Gracias
