Our stay was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay at the Sophia and Cartagena in general. The entire service provided by the hotel staff was perfect, from the young people at reception, to the restaurant staff where we enjoyed our delicious daily breakfasts, to the rooftop service. Everything was excellent, with friendly staff who were attentive to our needs. We give everyone 5 stars! 100% recommended. Thank you very much.

Hotel agreed in person at reception to cancel 3 nights, (even that ccl policy says no) after check in date they charged me and said hotel manager do not accept, how to understand it if reception Mr. Fabio agreed to cancel without charges? Be aware of this hotel!

We had an amazing stay at the Sophia hotel! We spent two nights here, and it was a very quiet area but still close and walkable to everything in El Centro. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the rooftop pool bar was beautiful with a great view of the city. The best part was the service, everyone on the staff was so nice and accommodating, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
