The hotel staff was very friendly. The area where it is located is perfect. You can walk to any place within the walled city. We had dinner at the hotel one night and the menu was delicious.

Great location, however the beds were not as soft. Really pretty hotel with good service. The welcome to drink, pool, hot tub, food and free breakfast were all awesome! The area is very busy and not the cleanest, but there’s a lot of police presence around and I felt very safe. also, my room did not come with two free bottles of water as advertised and I requested for it multiple times and never got it sent to my room. I ended up buying water. They were nice enough to give us a steamer.

The lobby was appealing but the room was dark and small. There was no ironing board and iron but the cleaning crew was very accommodating. The staff at the restaurant during the day was kinda cold except for a young man. However the night staff was very pleasant. Overall I would rate this hotel a 4 out of 5.

I did not mention specific prices or room rates. I did not leave out any profanity. I did not reference personal information. I just described the truth. Everything was fine except for the atmosphere around the hotel after 10 p.m. A normal street becomes a stray brothel. Although there are plenty of police officers, the pimps taking care of the prostitutes walking up and down the street create a sordid and possibly dangerous atmosphere.

I love the clean cleaners, felt very safe there in the country that I was not familiar with. The only thing that was a bit of an issue with the pool area was so small so it was hard to get some downtime by the pool.

It was dirty, kind of rundown the staff. English was not very good at all. They lied about the room I book I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. The breakfast was horrible and very limited selection and they serve coffee that the Mille was bad and didn’t even know it. But it a good location with eveariynd it

I like it because it was in good location, very close to all the good restaurants and shopping area. I didn’t like the noise at night. The rooms can be better they need some updating in the rooms they don’t look very nice.
