Beautiful open-plan studio apartment, sleeps 4. Incredible views, comfort, restaurants, direct access to the beach. You are sure to love my home for its decor and welcoming atmosphere, and it also has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant, relaxing stay. Bed and bath linen included. The house is perfect for couples (with children), tourists, business travelers.

Its excellent location by the sea makes this studio apartment the ideal place to explore the beauty of Cartagena.
The apartment is open-plan, with no doors between rooms. It can sleep 4 people altogether in the double bed and the double sofa bed.

There is a pool with views of the ocean and direct access to the beach, where you can rent sunloungers and umbrellas and buy cool drinks. Also close by, on the corner, there is an excellent seafood restaurant.

The keys are handed over directly to the tenant by a member of our team. This will either be Eduardo Fonseca or Lina Casillo. The latter is our secretary and can be contacted at our offices during business hours (8.00 am - 6.00 pm). Our offices are located in the Laguito district, in the Antares Building, where we will be happy to help with any issues you may have. In the apartment you will find a white folder labeled APARTMENT GUIDE, containing useful information, recommendations for places to go and see, and our telephone number, so you can call us if you need help with anything.

NB: An additional check-in fee of $15,000 pesos (Approx. US$ 6) must be paid on arrival. This is a once-off fee and covers the entire group entering the apartment.
This fee is levied by the local authorities on buildings making money from tourists. None of it goes to us and we shouldn't even be collecting it, but we have to inform guests.

Pleasant stay by the beach

The doormen and other staff was very friendly. There was plenty of room for two people. Several inexpensive places to eat nearby. A full grocery store was the only thing that was not super convenient

Great spot

Place is spacious with a small ocean view, amazing to hear the ocean at night. Laugito is a great area, near the bocagrande without all the noise. Wifi is blazing fast, usually around 150 - 300 mbs. Building staff was nice, no ridiculous guest policies so you can have some friends over without a problem, but its not a party spot either which is good.

11th floor..local ok...noise every night from the street

Over all ok place..noise for 2 plus hr every night.11th floor so you better like elevator. Bed is in a patio..that was converted by putting windows on the 3 sides..when high winds blow into night with heavy rain....you will have to mop up all the water on the floor in the morning..saw very few cockroaches...very small....over all safe area nice pool...guys at desk nice...did email the owner twice about TV not working...never answered.....in my opinion...it's a 40 a night place us funds....

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés il y avait des sous-vêtements sales sous les draps de bain propre dans le garde-robe. Nous avons appelé le gestionnaire et il est venu faire le ménage dans un délai très court (moins de 15 minutes) mais heureusement que mon conjoint parle espagnol sinon pas certaine que j’aurais eu un bon service. Il y a un gardien de sécurité pour ouvrir la porte mais il dort pratiquement toujours et autant le matin que le soir, on semble le déranger et on doit cogner dans la porte pour le réveiller. La piscine ne semble pas laver régulièrement et on a un accès direct de l’hôtel à la plage mais même si le gardien nous avait dit que c’était une plage privée nous avons du payer quand même pour avoir accès à une chaise de plage! Les fenêtres sont mals isolées donc il y a plusieurs bestioles dans l’appartement tel que des fourmis et des coquerelles, j’ai du aller m’acheter à la pharmacie des crèmes anti démangeaisons pour les piqûres que j’ai partout sur le corps. Internet est assez rapide et il m’a permis de faire mon télétravail efficacement.
