You can walk to the Cartagena letters and the beach it’s close and it’s nice because it’s a lil private not to crowded, even tho everything is close by transportation like 10’mins I do recommend asking the taxis how much, sometimes the uber app offer better prices but it does take longer. I went with family my kids enjoy the pool Breakfast has different options everyday which was a plus

This Wyndam property is very close to the airport but also a short drive away from the walled city. It’s not quite walking distance but a quick cab ride away. If you’re looking for a hotel that is not in the middle of the action, this is your spot. The breakfast in the morning had different offerings each morning to go along with some of the morning breakfast food staples. The rooftop bar and pool adds an element of luxury. Staff was accommodating and greeted patrons with a smile. I didn’t like the guest policy as they did not allow outside guests to go into certain areas of the hotel, mainly the rooms. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay and I would recommend the Wyndam for your next stay.

The breakfast food choices were excellent. All staff were dilligent and friendly. Bed comfort was great. The taxi driver named, Diego Andres Altamar Corrales was quite decent until we finish the tour headed to Barranquilla. Then he proposed and insisted for us, two ladies, to go further to North to trip head to Santa Marta, claming that it was a good idea to explore near the area of the hotels and beach. Also, to go to the mall. Then he claimed that it was to late to return to Cartagena. And that we had to stay in a hotel. My aunt and I realized too late that he manipulated us and took advantage. He should not be permitted to have young women and alone to transport,especially far places. Please inform hotel manager and other administrative hotel managers. Thank you very much.
