The WiFi did not work for the days I booked . I purchased a king bed with pull out sofa but upon arrival after I received the keys and went to the room I noticed I was put in the wrong room . When I asked the lady at check in about it she was nice and helpful about why I did not receive the room I paid for . She advice me that the next day they would change my room . The next day came I spoke to the ladies on the morning shift they did not know what I was talking about because I was told a note would be left for them but they didn’t know what I was talking about . They did switch my room eventually around 6pm Saturday . But there was no sofa bed like I thought . Kinda disappointed because my family and I have stayed here before and really liked it so that’s why we booked here again . But the experience was totally different this time . Overall the ladies all were nice and helpful . I just wished I would’ve been notified about the different room change before checking in .

Would stay again. Very comfortable beds. Pool not working so that was a little bummer. There was something spilled between the bed and night stand that was not cleaned and the night stand a little crooked from being broken previously but overall good spot.

We, including our dog, enjoyed our evening at Hampton Inn Atlanta Kennesaw. I loved the king-sized bed and its bed linens and pillows. So comfy!! The only things I would have changed is the shower door area needed some work. It was stained and looked dirty. The indoor pool wasn’t functional, and the elevator doors closed too quickly to let people off while getting yourself and luggage off! These were surprising because everything else looked good. The free breakfast was very nicely presented and everyone seemed to enjoy it! We would stay here again.

We selected this location and drove far to get there because of the pool. The pool area was closed and not useable. The hotels website refected that, but i booked through Expedia, and you did not verify with the hotel about their lack of amenities. Disappointed!
