A straightforward check in and a clean room. But my room badly needed cosmetic repairs - hooks were pulled out of the plaster and the wall paint slopped onto the trim. The top edge of the bathroom door needed refinishing.

Room was cleaner than most higher priced hotels. However, I noticed that the heating/cooling unit was starting to get a build up of dust on the front. The hinges on door to the bathroom needs to be greased. They creak very loudly! Wakes others in the room. Door was also harder to close so it was impossible to shut it quietly. It was disappointing to not have an arm chair in the room as pictured on site. However, we were relieved to see a microwave and mini frig. I never found where the rooms had them at this location. I read one reviewer say their room had one. However, the pics for the room didn’t show either so wasn’t sure if the room we got would have them. Was pleasantly surprised that we couldn’t hear anything outside our room, even the ice maker. It was loud when it dropped ice once, when we were walking down the hall. Everyone at the front desk was friendly. Loved that our pet could stay for free!

Great location for my visit and having a pool was great. Besides that checked in and given a room that wasn’t ready. Not cleaned and bed was bare. I had to ask for another room. There is definitely a moisture smell in the whole building.

We booked attendant Donna at the desk was fine, gave us our room key etc, the room looked like it was freshly renovated no issues except immediately I start itching and scratching I try to put it off 1 hour later its too much my skin is raw at the on my arms and ankles. Contact the front Desk Donna says let’s me talk to night time manager but no other rooms available. She call back 15 min later to tell me she can’t get bug spray because another guest never returned it. I left and night manager was aware of the situation and refused to give a refund Expedia rep also tried to plea with him and he doubled down l me in my face and refused refund

Better than expected.

It was pleased with my stay. One of the better Motel 6's I've stayed in. I book an additonal night and requested full room service and it was provided. Spacious room clean bathroom fridge and microwave. The only thing that concerned me was they allow pets and when I was leaving to check out, there was animal poop was near my door and only covered with some tissue. I'm guessing a guest allowed their animal to do that and not clean behind them. I informed the front desk when I checked out. so hopefully they got it cleaned thoroughly and quickley.
