Beautiful house, completely renovated to a high standard. Located in one of the best areas of Empuriabrava. Next to shops, restaurants, etc. and very close to the beach.The house has a large living room with a modern kitchen and access to the plot with a private heated pool(From April to November).There are 4 double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.All rooms have air conditioning and heating.The outdoor area consists of 3 separate areas. In the first, we find a large barbecue with a bar and two spaces for outdoor dining. In the second area there is the pool with its sun loungers and solarium area. The third area is for facilities, bicycle storage, a washing and drying area, etc.Due to its location, a car is not necessary.Activities: Beach, fishing, windsurfing, boat rental, bike rides, skydiving, horse riding. Dali Museum.
