A gated and private single-family home recently renovated with all modern conveniences, set strategically in the prime countryside of the Chianti hills to the northeast of Siena and just south of Florence. Set securely behind gates atop a private access road, enter a comfortable and superior-styled vacation home in the prime historic and most central area of Tuscany's Chianti Classico region.

"LaChiusa-in-Chianti"⚜️The name means “The Gathering Place”. With no adjacent neighbors, parts of this classic home dates to 1500's. Nestled in olive groves with wide views of rolling 'Chianti Classico' vineyards, it is within a short walk to a tiny ancient village boasting three very fine restaurants.

A professionally equipped kitchen and multiple large outdoor living and dining spaces are two of the premiere features of the estate property. Easy access from Rome, Florence, or Pisa make this a perfect choice for your stay in Tuscany.

Dreamliner Views overlook groomed Sangiovese & Merlot vineyards through to the rolling hills of the Chianti region.

The residence is on three levels, all air-conditioned, with the main entry and living spaces separating upper and lower suites of two bedrooms suites each. The layout is perfect for two couples, “throuples”, extended family or friends, as the two suites remain autonomous and distinctly private. As there are open staircases, it is not appropriate for young children. Suggested occupancy is limited to four guests, though exceptions may be made.

The entire property is secured behind electric gates. The pool, house, and grounds are not shared with any other guests and are quite suitable for au-natural sunbathing provided you are not traveling with your in-laws 🙈🍑🍆😊. Included are a stocked kitchen and dry pantry, linens, Wifi, Alexa Music, a Security System.

'Vineyard View Suite': Two adjacent bedrooms with one en-suite bathroom. Double Bedroom along with Single Bedroom, private entrance, view terraces, bathroom with tub+shower. There is a cozy reading nook / window-seat in the double room.

'Garden View Suite': Two adjoining bedrooms with one large en-suite travertine bathroom. This suite consists of a carved chestnut-wood 17th c. double bedroom, private entrance with view terrace, a French-Empire single-bed sitting room, travertine Bathroom, antique claw-foot iron tub and large walk-in shower.

The entire property is furnished with fine hardwood antiques and authentic decor sourced from throughout Europe. Pressed Italian bed linens and plush towels are provided.

The main entrance floor consists of an updated cook's kitchen with high-end appliances, dining salon, living room, powder room, your own 'piazza' and rambling view terraces with outdoor fireplace/BBQ. Exquisite Privacy (see reviews📝) with hiking trails, olive groves, and vineyards surrounding the estate. A private pool situated overlooking the property features breathtaking views to the distant hills of Montalcino.

The estate is just minutes from the charming small village of Castelnuovo Berardenga and is within close walking or biking proximity to renowned Tuscan Hill Towns. Florence is about an hour and twenty minutes, Rome just under three hours.  Siena is twenty minutes away. Reached easily by car are towns such as Montalcino, Arezzo, Greve-in-Chianti, Castellina-in-Chianti, Cortona, Assisi.
White-sand tuscan beaches of the Maremma or fishing villages of the Cinque Terra are 2 to 4 hours away.

Located within short walking distance of the property in the tiny ancient village of 'Villa-a-Sesta' are three excellent restaurants offering a range of dining opportunities.
