Our custom built home is situated on the border of the City of Nelson. We are 15 minute walk into town and the "Rails to Trails" is at the bottom of our property. ( Our home is an open plan with a deck that faces the valley and the lake. There is a seasonal pond in the front yard which is great for small kids to cool off in the summer. Our house is 3600 square feet on two levels. The top level is open plan with the master bedroom in one corner. The bottom level has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a ping pong table.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Nelson & District Community Complex. 1 hot tub and laundry facilities are available. The holiday home includes amenities such as a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms.
