The apartment is in Santa Maria di Leuca, in the Lecce municipality. It is about 300 metres from the beach and the centre, so all the essential shops are within about a five-minute walk.

The accommodation on the ground floor was renovated in 2016. It is very light and therefore appears fresh and airy. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 190cm), which can also be separated into single beds, so the apartment is suitable either for a family, two couples or a group. There is no heating, nor air conditioning, but there is a fan. The kitchen niche in the living room-kitchen has a gas stove and oven, a fridge and freezer compartment. Plenty of pots, pans and tableware are provided, as well as a dining table with chairs. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle. All the doors and windows have insect screens. A TV with Italian channels (DVBT antenna), a washing machine, bed linen and towels are provided.

After a day on the beach you can wash off the sand in the outdoor shower. The roofed veranda invites you to relax and enjoy the evening with a good meal. It is possible to park your car on site.

.The owners live next door and are always happy to assist with any queries and to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. They can also help to plan trips. Transfers are available on request. It is also worth mentioning the flexible arrival and departure times. Pets are allowed on request.

You can find restaurants, bars, ice cream stalls, supermarkets, newspaper shops, pharmacies, medical services and all kinds of shops near the accommodation, which is about 200 metres from the sea. You can use the well-equipped beach service and e.g. hire parasols and loungers. It is 200 metres to the yacht harbour with a range of recreational activities such as diving or boat trips. The many grottoes are breathtaking and a popular trip destination, but can only be accessed by boat. It is 50 metres to a bar with free wireless Internet access. The colourful and magnificent 19th-century buildings along the beach promenade are spectacular. There are plenty of shops, including grocery shops. It is 1000 metres to the basilica dedicated to Madonna di Leuca, an international religious tourist destination. The nearby towns are Otranto (50km), Gallipoli (48km) and Lecce (70km). Brindisi airport is 110km away, Bari airport 220km. Gagliano del Capo train station is 3km away. The Acaya Golf Club is 84km away.
