Travelled with family
They cancelled on us at the last moment, on the day we were supposed to check in. It was January 1st and I suspect that they simply did not want to work on that day. And we booked several months in advance! We had to quickly find another accommodation (far from what we anted in terms of quality) for an early flight from the Catania airport next morning. Terrible! I would give minus five points. Expedia was great help, though. Its representative gave us 150 One Cash points that we used right away for another hotel.
