The two wings can be separated as they have separate entrances and bathrooms. One part consists of two large rooms with a balcony and a bathroom and the other a bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom. The two parts can be rented separately with the sharing of only the living area, the kitchen and the veranda. Concession of the entire apartment is permitted for large families. Air conditioning system throughout the house. The apartment has a reserved parking space and may include additional services (cleaning, laundry and breakfast).
