Great location and conveniently close to the mall. Got the 2 twin room which was a bit snug for 2 adults and 2 middle schoolers. Rooms could have been cleaner. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very nice and accommodating. Would recommend mainly for location.

The towel rod in the bathroom fell off and almost hit my head, the fridge is not working . Not much food selection for their buffet breakfast, dinning area is small and you have to wait for a while especially if have 3 or more people . The good thing about this property is the location it is very convenient only a walking distance from the restaurants, shopping mall, grocery etc , the staffs are helpful and courteous .

Stayed for 3 nights at Seda Hotel. Check in and check out was fast. Breakfast was good. Staff was great. Very near to Ayala Mall, we just walk 2-3 minutes to the mall, there was an access way to mall.
