Assigned to a room that was occupied , I left my hydroflask and they never give it back as soon as I came to checked in again after my trip on another city. I told them I need to retrieve my hdroflask but they couldn't get hold of the housekeeping dept , and eventually they came to my room to deliver the item.

I was given a room that was already occupied. I was definitely shocked and bewildered when I opened the door. There were bags, so I walked away quickly, then went back to the front desk and asked whether they knew a particular room had already been assigned. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have never had an incident like this. Totally disappointed and assigned to a room next to ongoing construction. They have limited bathroom amenities, the water drains slowly, and it floods even for a quick shower. I slipped on their flimsy slipper. Breakfast is mediocre, with the same menu every other day and a limited selection. Sad to say, staff are not attentive; they need customer service training to learn to welcome guests and ask whether they want tea or coffee. They don't check whether you need a refill for your water or coffee.

One hiccup was the ac was not working so we have to moved to another room. The room was cleaned. Most of the staff were courteous and friendly…we met familiar faces. I was a little disappointed that the pool/bar area were gone due to reconstruction. The buffet was pretty much the same…good! Shout out to the bartenders Kaloy and Maloy…very friendly and fun to converse. I will go back there again.

Seda is always one of my go to staycation places in Cebu near Shopping mall and variety of restaurants. The staff are friendly, kind, and polite. Kudos to the parking staff forgot their names but they made our parking smooth and safe during holidays. Parking guard helped me to get parking ticket as as forgot to get one during our check-out. Thank you everyone for the memorable Christmas break and kids also enjoyed the complimentary cookies! Til next time!

Decent but could use upgrades around the property. It was pretty clean except for the calcium build up on the shower head. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of options and was also pretty decent. No complaints on it. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful and courteous. The location is centrally located which made it convenient for me to get around.

Check in took very long. We got our room 3 pm. Staff were extremely nice however they were overbooked! Despite clients complaining they can’t really do much. Breakfast was ok. Location was exceptional. Walking distance to Ayala mall which was extremely convenient.
