State bowling tournament.

Found the property clean and well maintained. The only issue was a toilet that occasionally kept running. Staff was very helpful with my registration adjustments. Tried doing online. The Virtual Assistant I used was worthless.

Very disappointed from the moment I checked in. Extremely unprofessional front staff, was promised early check in but wasn’t available, washing machine not working, hot tub not in service, will not stay there again.

Other than the noise from the highway, I enjoyed my stay. It was nice to start the day with their full hot breakfast and it was great to have a working whirlpool to use at the end of the day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very easy to get to and parking was plentiful. Check in was fast and staff was very pleasant. The room was large and clean with all the essentials…micro, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Breakfast was the usual with eggs, sausage, waffles, fruits, pastries, juices, and milk. I would stay again.

Please do not stay here!!!! Pictures of property are very dated and I believe property has changed hands and has been run in the ground. There was blood and feces on the wall and on the bedskirt/mattress pad, Tv satelite box was missing, toilet had pubic hair on it, compter chair had a hole in it, furniture was chipped and patched with tape, Used kleenex behind nightstand. Pool heater was broken hottub had a thick layer of scum on the tile that you could scrape with your fingernail and made your skin itch after exit. Manager parked behind our cars and would not move blocking us in. Key cards would not open pool doors and stopped opening our room twice during our stay. Hotel was very loud in parking lot with loud music and traffic. There were several people lotering around back entrance of hotel smoking cannabis. Side exit of hotel was littered with cigarett butts and dog waste. exhaust fan in bathroom made a high pitched squeeling noise. Front desk employee R. Johns lied and said no manager was there only to find him walking in the hall he said he was the manager but could not issue a refund even though showed him pictures of the room etc withhim saying the actual manager is out of town. This hotel has serious issues and provides a huge safety concern please think twice before staying here.
