I never even stayed here, but my money was still taken by hotels.com for this hotel room. Why don’t you ask them what room they booked me in and proof of security deposit? I tried getting a refund 1/2 hr later from when I booked cause the wrong date was booked. Hotels.com rep closed our conversation when I was trying to get a refund and they were in contact with the hotel. This is why i rarely use hotels.com cause it’s the same thing about every time. Thanks for my refund that I didn’t get! If I would have booked through the hotel I could have gotten a refund right away. This is why 3rd party booking sites don’t work.
