Our shower leaked whilst showering causing it to flood everywhere in the bathroom and into the bedroom making everything wet. There was also a silverfish insect on the coffee/tea tray which was very off putting and not very hygienic. I reported this to a member of staff on reception but she couldn't really understand and just apologised.
