"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem gepflegten 4-Sterne Hotel genossen. Die Lage ist sehr gut für einen Besuch von Celle und der Umgebung. Unser Wunsch nach einem Wellness-Wochenende ging leider nicht in Erfüllung. Enttäuschend war, dass es kein Dampfbad mehr gibt, obwohl es in der Werbung aufgeführt war. Ebenso wurden Massagen nicht angeboten. Auch war der Sauna-Bereich am Sonntag geschlossen. Bekannt war uns nicht, dass für die Nutzung der Sauna jeweils zusätzlich 6,- € anfallen. Das Restaurant war am Sonntagabend (29.09.24) geschlossen, wir wären gern Essen gegangen, da wir schon am Freitagabend die hervorragenden Speisen genossen hatten. "
