"Als erstes entsprach weder der Innen- noch der Aussenbereich den Bildern von der Homepage. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber, Boden klebte u.a. Es hatte weder genügend Frottewäsche, WC Papier oder Duschseife (Dispenser war vorhanden aber nicht aufgefüllt. Die gelobten luxuriösen Matratzen waren durchgelegen und die Leintücher verschliessen und fleckig. Das Frühstück war auch für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr schlecht und lieblos. Das Personal eher gelangweilt. Diesem Hotel fehlt eine gute F ührung und die Liebe zum Detail. Ein paar alte Möbel machen noch lange kein Boutiquehotel!!! Der einzige Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage."
