This place is awful. First of all the lobby is not air conditioned and it was about a hundred degrees in there. The room stunk, the bedding was not washed and there were burn holes in the mattress pad and the bed spread. There was a hole in the bathroom door that looked like someone punched it.
And it was very noisy.
We actually did not stay. After looking at this room and property, we did not stay and even though there was no refund, we move to the other hotel in Centralia. At least we didnât have to worry that our car would get stolen in the night. It appeared to be clean and did have AC, but was a run down with a lot of long term low rent residents loitering around outside.
I mean given the state of the rest if the city and the price, it was pretty accurate. We had a couple towels that had stains on them and the toilet was wobbly. Overall, the room was clean and secure. We did not experience any other kinds of issues. Check in/out was a breeze. It's one of those you get what you pay for and while it was amazing, it served it's purpose.
The damn train passing by every 45 minutes all night long made for the worst sleep at ANY MOTEL EVER! Antiquated plumbing was horrible.
No provision for coffee, no hairdryer...
Would recommend AVOIDING THIS 1952 throwback completely
This is a working mans motel.. if you are looking for luxury accommodations, this isnt it, but.. if you are looking for an inexpensive place to spend the night. This is OK ( I couldnt find anything cheeper) Nothing there was brand new. But it all worked ok. I was there on a weekend and there were guys grilling food in the parking lot.. When I was away from home and working on the road. I'd have fit right in..
