Nice location but their hot water is not working for the whole night and the next day. We asked the reception staff and none of them can help to solve the problem. The staff can speak better English if they put English as a reception language

Everything was amazing very close to the Alaçatı city centre. 5 minute walk. Hotel was very clean, quite peaceful. Amazing breakfast. Would recommend to everyone.

Harika bir oteldi, isletmeciler cok naif ve yardimseverlerdi. Kahvalti harikaydi ve merkeze cok yakindi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Hersey icin tesekkurler.

Quiet location, friendly and welcoming staff.

We came for a long weekend from Istanbul and stayed for 3 days. The staff and owners were all very friendly and helpful. When they knew it was my birthday, they bought a cake and sang happy birthday altogether. It was a truly memorable experience, makes me so happy as my sons can’t be with us. The breakfast was excellent too, good choice in individual dishes but not over the top so there is not too much waste. You will feel very welcome and relaxing here, definitely will stay in this hotel again. It is quiet , away from the main town of Alacati but only less than 10 minutes walk away, very convenient indeed. Thank you so much for hosting us.

genel olarak memnun kaldim diyebilirim ama otele gitmeden once keske bilseydim dedigim iki sey oldu. eger araciniz yoksa carsiya yurumeyi dusunuyorsaniz evet yurunebilir bir mesafe ama cok yokusta kaliyor. odalar arasi ses geciyor maalesef arkadasimla gece kisik sayilabilecek bir sesle muzik dinleyip sohbet ederken resepsiyondan uyari gelmesi hos degildi buna benzer birkac yorum daha gordugum icin kendi deneyimimi de eklemek istedim. odadan konfor acisindan cok memnun kaldik ozellikle belirtmek isterim.

Otelde konaklama rahattı. Merkeze 12 dk yürüme mesafesi ulaşım konforluydu. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Çalışan çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü. Odamız bahçedeydi fotoğraflar ile aynıydı. Tek sıkıntısı bahçemizin açısı çalışanların kaldığı odanın camına bakıyordu bahçede otururken odada yatan biri direk bizi görebiliyordu bu durum biraz can sıkıcıydı bahçede rahat oturamadık odayı da bahçe için istemiştik. Onun dışında her şey güzeldi.

Çok iyi bir fiyat performans deneyimi yaşadık. Güler yüzlü kadın çalışanlar kalp ben ;) Kadınlar her yeri güzelleştiriyor. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve çok çok yeterliydi, odalar ve otelin temizliği gayet iyiydi, Çarşıya yürüme mesafesi olması da harikaydı. Umarım değişmezsiniz ve biz bir daha bir daha geliriz.

Temizliğe 10 üzerinden 10 veriyorum. Ama yaşadığım bazı aksaklıkları da anlatmak isterim. Öncelikle servis yapan çalışanların ya Türkçe’si az ya da çok kabalar. Kahvaltıda çayı kahveyi kendiniz alıyorsunuz sürekli mutfaktan bunu hiç anlamadım. Biz verandalı odada kaldık prive olmasını diliyorduk ama yan odamızda kalanların duş sesini bile duyduk. Odada kocaman bir örümcek vardı. Verandalı oda olduğu için bunu görmezden geldim. Saçma bulduğum diğer şey de şu odalarda ses geçirmez yalıtım yok gece arkadaşınızla sohbet edip gülüştüğünüzde resepsiyon arıyor. Durum böyleyken diğer gece de bahçede vakit geçirelim dedik zaten oturma grubu bahçenin en ucunda telefondan bi şey izlerken bile resepsiyon kısmamız için uyardı telefondan nasıl bir ses gelebilir bahçenin en ucundan? Oldu olacak uyuma saatlerimizi de söyleselerdi. Para verip hizmet almak değil sanki birinin evinde zoraki konaklama yapıyormuşuz da ev sahipleri bizi pek istemiyormuş gibi :D

Daha önce konakladığım bir yer olduğu için tekrar tercih ettim. Konum olarak güzel, alaçatı çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde, odalar tertemiz. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli ve lezzetli. Fakat, 3 gün 2 kişi konaklama için odamıza yalnızca 3 adet yarım litre pet şişe su koyuldu. Temizlik istemediğimizden bunları yenilemediklerini düşündüm ve su istedim. Fakat su veremeyeceklerini, yalnızca checkin'de odaya su koyduklarını, verirlerse ekstra olacağını söylediler. Hava 35 dereceyken günlük kişi başı 250ml su vermek bana aşırı saçma geldi. Butik otel de olsa suyu ekstra görmek çok küçük hesaplara girmek oluyor, o sebeple memnun kalmadım. İkinci bir problem ise bizimle ilgilenen ablanın aşırı gergin ve tavırlı olmasıydı. Düşünün ki yaklaşık 10 odalı bir oteldesiniz, kahvaltıya iniyorsunuz günaydın diyorsunuz cevap yok. Teşekkür ediyorsunuz cevap yok, bir şey söylüyorsunuz yine yok. İlk girişte daha önce konakladığımızı belirtmiştim, ben sizi hatırlamıyorum 7 senedir buradayım oysaki diye bir cevap veriyor. 3 gün boyunca bu tavır beni inanılmaz gerdi. Otelcilikte böyle bir tavır hoş değil. Tavır yalnızca bize de değildi, geneldi fakat yine de beni rahatsız etti. Alaçatı butik otellerinin fiyatları genel olarak bu civarda olduğu için bir daha tercih edeceğimi düşünmüyorum.
