You can also cosy up in front of the chalet’s charming fireplace or cook your favourite meal in the kitchenette and enjoy it in the fresh open air. A coffee machine, cooker hob, and fridge with a freezer are available for your use. Meanwhile, on the upper floor, is the \"nest\" enveloped in wood typical of rustic Ticino cottages with a view of the high mountains.

The chalet is also secluded from the onlookers strolling through the village of San Carlo, making it attractive to those who love privacy. In short, the chalet is ideal for those who love nature. But that isn’t all. It is also the perfect base for enjoying the best of the nature of Val de Baveno. A minute’s walk away is the cable car, which will take you to the top (Robièi) in just a few minutes and give you breathtaking views of Basòdino Glacier. The cable car is also the starting point of the stunning and highly popular Cristallina Pass hiking trail and the Basòdino Glacier. Val de Bavona is also an amazing hiking avenue during summer.

Locarno is less than an hour’s drive from the natural paradise of Val Bavona. The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately a 2.20 hour’s drive here.
