On the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms are equipped with 1 bed 140 and the 3rd with 3 beds 90) as well as a 2nd bathroom and separate toilet. In the heart of a quiet hamlet, with a view of the Forez plain and the Alps, discover this old stone farmhouse entirely renovated with taste, comfort and authenticity of yesteryear. The house offers quality equipment, beautiful room volumes, a warm atmosphere and personalized decoration. You will benefit from an enclosed and paved courtyard of 100m² facing due east and a landscaped garden with a pétanque court. For added comfort, utilities are included in the rental rate.
