Welcome to Le Bois de Lépine, our 1820s restored farmhouse tucked away in the hills between Burgundy and the Allier. This is not just a place to stay — it’s where memories are made, meals linger, and stars shine bright over a private 1.5-hectare estate.
The house sleeps 10 to 12 guests and is perfect for families, friends, or small groups looking to reconnect and slow down.
There’s a large farmhouse kitchen with a dining table for long meals, a cozy lounge with a projector for movie nights, and a wood-burning stove for those slow-burning evenings.
Some of our guests’ favorite moments?
Drinking Burgundy wine on the covered terrace, waking up to light through the skylight, or falling asleep under the stars.
You’ll also find:
• Fast fiber wifi, AC and heating, washer & dryer
• A home cinema, a big kitchen, and a covered veranda
• Space to breathe — gardens, meadows, and fruit trees all around
• A bottle of local wine waiting on the table when you arrive
We’re just 3 hours south of Paris and 20 minutes from Parc Le Pal. The Loire is nearby for canoeing, and the surrounding region is rich with wine estates, medieval villages, markets and rolling countryside.
This is not a hotel.
It’s a home — and one that’s been in our family for 20 years. We’ve restored it with love, laughter, and a few sore muscles. Now, it’s ready to welcome you.
Feel free to reach out with questions — or pour yourself a glass of wine and start imagining.
