Room #207 was missing toilet roll holder, hook on the back of the bathroom door, and security latch on the door to the hall was just about falling off. Informed staff at front desk and they didn’t believe me until I showed them pictures of our room and #209 where my sister in law was staying

booking price

Due to my own mistakes, I had booked another hotel but had the wrong dates. They had not rooms available for the nights I requested, so I with Hotel.com and Country Inn and Suites The rates were very high due to Homecoming, but I booked and did have an enjoyable time. Only problem was an additional fee of $100 issued and the hotel has no record of this. im not happy with this
