Spent a few days enjoying one last weekend of skiing. This rental was exactly as it was described. Plenty of room for our family. Our girls especially liked the loft. Highly recommended.
Where do I start. The biggest two problems was that the front door didn't lock at all. We told them several times and nobody came to fix it during our stay. Also the heat didn't work in the main room and if the 2 electric heaters were plugged in it would trip the power. The stairs up to the loft were so tall and steep that I wouldn't suggest this place for kids. Before we arrived they told us that the prior renters broke a chair and some blinds, so much of the first day was coordinating with them a time to come fix those items, which they did fix, but never came back to fix the front door or heat issue. Also we had a major miscommunication with them...we missed the cancellation window by 1 day (cancellation was Christmas day) and due to a family health diagnosis we needed to cancel. They agreed to let us shorten our stay and be given a refund if they could get another renter. They got another renter but would not refund us the full amount that we paid for those nights. We lost out on over 500 even though they got the place re-rented, meanwhile during our stay we froze in the house, was worried about our stuff getting stolen as the door didn't lock and had to cram in because the kids were afraid to use the steep stairs to the loft sleeping area. All around it was a bad experience.
Had just the space we needed for our family. Gave us a warm and cozy space to gather after long days on the slopes. Beds were comfortable. Most basic kitchen supplies available. Easy in and out.
Overall a good stay. The only problem we had was getting into the house because we didnt realize it sticked. There was also plenty of seating to all hang out in living room.
