I was treated like royalty for my 3 week stay
This hotel is what a 5 star rating is all about - very personal service, each and every day, from the General Manager right down to the girls in the restaurant. Any requirement was seen to immediately by any member of staff, and the suite I was given was exemplary. If there is a small gripe to be made, then it would be that the food in the restaurant could have and should have been hotter - but this is common in any buffet style restaurant here in China, and from the first moment I mentioned it to the staff, they were immediately concerned and from that moment, we worked together to improve the situation for me. I had several chats with the GM, and found him a very genuine person - often to be seen around the hotel and always very approachable. I received a very kind email from him the day after I left (I can provide a copy of this), and my reply reflected the honesty and genuineness that I received from him and all his staff. Of particular note were the executive chef who personally cooked a few meals for me, and also the assistant manager who could not do enough for me whilst I was there - a first class hotel, and well-deserving of a 5-star rating.

Great hotel, but hold back until spring 2012
Whilst this hotel ticks all the boxes for 5 star luxury, the hotel is surrounded by a massive construction project, , they are building a new metro system outside , working noisily until midnight, acccess to the local shops etc is not easy...the project will be finished in April 2012

goed voor zaken
Goed gelegen met Europees ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk personeel. Pal in het centrum met metro vlakbij.

Vil si at dette hotellet er avtopp standard.
Betjeningen er service minded.Proffe. Blide og hyggelige. Står litt igjen på engelsk kunskapene.
Hver dag uten ekstra kostnad sp ble det satt inn 3 flasker med vann. Rene håndklær.
Store romslige myke senger.
Tv på rommet var utstyrt med ett bredt tilbud av nasjonale og internasjonale kanaler.
Internet fungerte godt. Både med kabel og wireless connection.
Når det gjelder restauranten så er den I ypperste klasse. De hadde litt vansker med å forstå at man ønsket krydder. ( salt og pepper)
Frokosten var rikt dekket med varierte typer av mat. Noe for de fleste.
Kanskje en ide å ta med seg noe krydder hjemmefra.
Staben hadde noe mangler I engels kunnskapene. Men løste det stort sett greit.
