I messaged the hotel 8.59pm that I was just about to arrive as my bus was delayed. Check in dead line was 9pm. There was nobody when I arrived, telefon number on the app didnât work, could hear it ringing and nobody to answer. Found another number and the person showed up after 15-20 minutes. He said my room wasnât paid and wanted cash. Wouldnât give me the WiFi password to arrange payment, said I had to pay cash first to get the Wi-Fi. The most unfriendly experience Iâve had checking in. The room was surprisingly clean and comfortable though. Iâd rather pay a little more and get much better service.
The way the room was on the site was not what we got. No kitchen although I booked with kitchen on the site. To be honest, I have been in Ghania before and was also inside the old town in a better room for the same price. Is a few years ago, so I didnât have the number anymore. Maintenance in this building was poor. So I wonât reccomand this hotel to people who ask me about it. There are better places to stay in Ghania. One night was enough
Hotellet (eller room for rent) ligger nĂŠrmest midt pĂ„ torget i den venetianske havnen. Midt i gamlebyen. Men dette hjelper lite nĂ„r hotellverten er sur og lite imĂžtekommende. Man fĂžler at man er mer til bry enn som betalende gjest. Hotellet virker skittent, men laknene var rene. Vi velger et annet overnattingssted neste gangâŠ

L'albergatore ha un suo carattere specifico. Nessun parcheggio in dotazione: trovare posto dove c'Ăš, che a Chania Ăš un'impresa non semplice.
We had a bad experience when we arrived. Our flight got delayed for more than 4 hours and we were trying to get the phone number of the hostel to inform but we didn't receive it in our booking.
So we arrived almost 12am to the hostel and the guy at the reception received us in a very bad attitude, blaming us because we didn't call without asking us reasons, he said it is in our booking with Expedia but we were trying to tell him we booked through Hotels.com .
We would still pay for the room even if we didn't arrive, but he treated us so badly that I had to tell him to calm down.
IsÀntÀ oli mukava ja auttavainen. Paikka oli kaiken keskellÀ, mikÀ oli hyvÀ. Ikkunat olivat paksut, joten sain hyvin nukuttua yöni, eikÀ musiikki haitannut.
The little cozy hotel is clean and tidy and has lots of potential to develop.
The gentleman who takes care of it is of great help: we arrived at any time we liked , he kept out staff on the last day and was very agreeable at all telephone communication.
We felt at ease.
