A wonderful, relaxing headquarters for a couple days at the beach. Stayed here with my 7-year-old while turning a visit to local family into a beach vacation; my parents stayed as well. The inside is cute, clean, and very well kept. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed in terms of pots, pans, dishes, etc. As a coffee addict, I was happy to see both a Keurig and a drip coffee pot. My parents said the pull-out sofa bed was more comfortable than most real beds, and the queen bed in the bedroom was also great. The porch/balcony was lovely and had several seats, but watch out for mosquitos when the breeze isnât blowing. There was a beach chair and umbrella for use as well.Location is superb. It was a three-minute walk from the door, across the small parking lot, to the beach access, and on to the beach. Itâs an easy walk to several restaurants and breakfast options, ice cream stand, beach store, etc. Thereâs a grocery store within a 5-minute drive, and a Target about 10 minutes away.We didnât get a chance to use the pool or the laundromat (which takes credit cards), but they looked great and it was nice to have the option.Donna, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to answer our questions, and she made the stay seamless.
We came down for a friend's wedding and decided to make it a long weekend vacation. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. We loved breakfast on the balcony with the ocean in the background. The complex was quiet and everyone we saw was friendly!
We love this place. Last year we booked it again about an hour after arriving and same the year. Location couldnât be better. We walked to breakfast every morning, the beach every afternoon, and dinner/bars every night. And sometimes the pool too. Easy trip into Charleston and great parking! Canât say enough positive things.
Nice for a quick getaway weekend. Location is central to everything in Isle of Palms. Description of unit is accurate and communication was excellent. Would stay again.
Overall very nice stay. Condo could use some updating, but still nice and clean. Some of the clean sheets had some stains as well as the other bedding (some stains).
We stayed over Labor Day weekend and altho the villas appeared to be fully booked there was ample parking. The villas beach was a very short walk, clean and although fairly busy it was not loud or noisy. The villa was well appointed, clean and comfy. Even tho there were folks above and beside us it was very quiet- we didnât hear anything. Great location with very short walk to restaurants, pizza and ice cream.
The best location we could even think about asking for! Walking distance to great restaurants, very close to HT and of courseâŠoceanfront. We were at the beach in about 2 minutes everyday. There was a pool on site that was relaxing as well. And with a private parking lot, you could take the short drive into Charleston and not worry about losing a parking spot. We will be back here, for sure!
