We would have rated our stay higher but we were awoken at 4:15 am by a very loud sonic “boom” and the sound of back up truck warnings, probably a garbage truck? Don’t you have sound ordinances that prevent this kind of noise at 4:15 am? Unbelievable! Woken up out of a dead sleep! We packed our things and left!

Thankful for the Staff!

I came to the area because my son was admitted to the nearby hospital. After driving 5 hours straight to get to hiim and make sure he was ok we quit picked this hotel at 11pm. When we walked in we were greeted by Samantha that quickly checked us in and wished us a good night. The following morning we had a good breakfast assisted by Ollie she made sure we had all the coffee I needed to prepare for my day! Laura at the front desk answered all my questions and assisted me in extending my stay. We were very thankful for the peace of mind they provided so that we could focus on taking care of my son.

Staff was amazing! Breakfast not up to par with other CIS properties Ive been too. Bunch of processed CHEAP food. Bed very comfy but would probably go back to best Western or comfort Inn because they actually have better breakfast and cost the same.
