The staff is courteous and the room is ok. However, it is way over rated as a four stars hotel. In the room, there is no towel rack, and the toilet is small and low. The shower water has low pressure and less water than most hotel. The hot breakfast provides very minimum selection.
The property manager may not be aware that the A/C in our room was noisy enough to awaken you each time it came on. Or not. It is not something that becomes an issue until your late night arrival becomes a modern âFive Nights at Freddieâsâ.
comfy. very convenient location. Clean, except for long black hairs (not ours) on bathroom floor. The only real problem was the AC/heat. Impossible to get it to a comfortable temp. It heated up to the temp selected, then the AC came on and cooled down to an uncomfortable temp before the heat would come back on. An employee tried to set it for us, but it didn't work.
The staff was very polite and helpful. The building was spotless and the rooms was very clean and very nice compared to the old hotel shut down. Definitely will stay again
The check in staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.
The room was OK. The bathtub drain plug did not work properly, so it was difficult to have a hot bath.
The breakfast was also just ok. The eggs and potatoes were not replenished. The bagels were not good. The peanut butter was full of hydrogenated oil. Disappointing.
Amanda at check in was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and noise level was minimal. Breakfast was good. Check out was easy. Would definately recommend and stay here again.
Staff was very courteous. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Room was not as good of condition as I typically see at this brand. A little trash on the floor, carpet replaced with laminate tile that was disconnecting, peeling surface of shower, trim on wall with label from store, body wash in lieu of hand soap.
For $20 less Iâd quickly stay again; at this price I might try my luck with another
