Great weekend get-away in Charleston. Hotel is in a great location and has great service. Breakfast is wonderful. I may be nitpicking here, but my wife and I found the bed too soft and a sore back is keeping me from top box score.

Beautiful facility, great location and wonderful staff. If you are wanting to visit the historic district of Charleston, this hotel cannot be beaten. Staff was always friendly and helpful. They provided help booking airport transportation, dinner reservations, great advice. Cold water was always available and greatly appreciated. Rooms were clean on arrival and were cleaned daily. Highly recommend.

This Inn has an attention to detail aimed at making sure your stay is comfortable and the staff are willing to help in a friendly and respectful manner - they are simply outstanding at what they do. The reception, with champagne, morning breakfasts, evening wine and cheese - all exceeded our expectations. And the staff are customer focused and attentive but polite and professional with a willingness to help and serve seldom encountered in this world.

Everything was first class. Love the complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival. There was some confusion about our room, but it was rectified rather quickly, accompanied by a note from the manager for the inconvenience.

The French Quarter Inn was a lovely hotel, full of charm and style in a wonderful, very conveniently located part of the downtown. Our room was quiet, very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast which was included, was very good. If I had to make any recommendations it would be perhaps for brighter lighting and a stool for the bathroom and some more variety of local bread, such as cornbread for the breakfasts. The hotel also offered a daily complementary wine and cheese in the afternoon and cookies, tea, coffee in the evening. This was a lovely touch! Furthermore, I would like to highlight the outstanding cleaning staff and the person doing the turn down services! Thank you as well to the gentleman that helped my friend and I with securing an Uber on our last day. He went out of his way to help us. We also had wonderful service and recommendations from the various staff members throughout our stay. Much appreciated!
