My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom has its own bath. The neighborhood is great and in walking distance to everything. In the beginning there was a little glitch, I was not receiving emails on how to check in. Once that was resolved everything else went smoothly. We we would absolutely stay at this location again.
Really enjoyed the apartment . Clean and spacious . Looks new . Modern appliances . Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. No complaints about anything . Would definitely stay there again
The property was clean, comfortable, and with plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the rental company was excellent. There was off-street parking in the back of the building. We couldn't have been happier with our decision to rent this particular unit and would definitely recommend it!
Everything was exactly as it was advertised. Great location. We had a problem with our ice maker and they were there very quickly to fix the problem. I would stay here again and definitely recommend. The little courtyard was an added bonus and perfect to sit and have a drink and meet others staying there.
We loved our time at this property! I stayed with my mom and sister for my wedding weekend, and we had the best time. Clean, great location, & the property manager was awesome to work with. Weâll be back!
Can't say enough good about this place. It was a nice space for the two of us, but would be equally nice for four, being 2 bed/2 bath. It was in a great location. We parked our car in the space provided and walked everywhere. It's really close to the main drag, which is King St. Great restaurants and history abounds. Highly recommend this place and Charleston, SC. Do yourself a favor and take a historical carriage tour right off the bat, so you learn of all the area attractions. It's a lot of fun too.
It was the cutest little place! One of the extra blankets did have blood on it, but that was the only thing we noticed! Everything else was clean! It is a great location and is within a short driving to everything we did!
This is a lovely apartment upstairs right next-door to our sonâs apartment on King Street. Wonderful location and very tasteful and comfortable accommodations. We will definitely stay here again!
I'm from Beaufort, sister lives in Summerville and mom flew down from Rhode Island. The three of us spent a few beautiful, sunny days in Charleston together. This is a charming place. Very clean and well appointed. It is a 10 minute walk to the Music Hall. We walked to the shops on King Street, all the way to the marketplace. Plenty of places to stop in for a drink or bite to eat. Ubers are readily avaliable in a matter of minutes right at the gate when you give address. We left my car safely parked in spot D our entire stay. The grounds are very clean. Landscaping is pretty. We did have a little glitch with the ice maker in the fridge not working. We walked down to Jersey Mikes and bought a few cups of ice to get us through the first night. The property manager was responsive and had Dustin out the next day to address the fridge and deliver us a bag of ice. He replaced the filter but sadly it didn't produce ice during our stay, but bagged ice was available. The back bedroom, with the extremely comfortable king size bed, could use room darkening shades. The adjacent lots have two extremely bright security lights that stay on all night long and the thin bamboo shades in that room offer no barrier at all to those bright lights. Our last night there we were watching a movie after a night out and we kept getting an interruption of Mac ID code on the TV. I guess the guest in the next unit was trying to connect on their TV but it was picking up on our TV.
This home was so spectacular and full of rich history of Charleston. It was an absolute gem! Aside from the amazing historical aspect this home has amazing mattresses, linens, and the kitchen had wonderful amenities and everything needed! By far the best rental property Iâve stayed in! This property is an absolute must!!
Location and house were both amazing! Perfect amount of space and super clean and put together. Our only complaint was that communication with management was horrible. They didnât respond to questions about the AC for over 24 hours.
We really enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. It was a perfect location to King Street. It had cute shops and a coffee shop around the corner we walked to in the morning. It was easy to access from the main road and highway as we explored the area. We would stay here again and recommend this for people looking for a cute spot to stay.
This property is outstanding. The location, amenities and style are 100% Charleston and I loved the place. Well stocked as well. The property manager was super communicative and available. Would definitely stay here / with this company again.
great location in terms of being close to great restaurants, King street and Ravenal Bridge. Make sure you and your guests can do stairs as it's on the second level and they're sort of steep. The Building (like many in area) is on the older side. This unit was very cute interior design wise but lots of walls/baseboards were really scuffed up, could stand to use a new paint job for aesthetic purposes. Air conditioner vent over 2nd bedroom dripped condensation right onto where pillows are located. Our TV fell off the wall but great communication and resolution by property management company. Washer dryer and A/C (which was needed!!) worked great. Comfortable beds. Parking spot very close to unit.
