Room was good. Bathroom could have been cleaner but it wasn’t awful. It is fine for one night. We stayed for 3 nights but only received service on Saturday because that is their schedule. Bed, trash and towels were taken care of but coffee station was not refilled. On morning 2 we asked about service and were told they don’t do daily and we could get new towels from front desk. I put old towels in hallway and they were picked up. In summary, I wouldn’t stay more than one night.

My room was spotless! and everyone there was so kind and sweet. though i will admit the food was a little lacking, though this is for my stay in particular i feel since (and im not sure if this is correct or not) the pancake maker was broken I believe? But it was a lovely stay regaurdless and they even gave me a spare screw to keep my rollater wheel on!!

Hotel and breakfast was good. Charging your clients to park their car in your lot, in my opinion, does nothing more than irritate your customers. Put an additional $5 charge on your nightly rate and forget the charges to park in your parking lot. It would be something that no one would complain about but charging a charge to stay followed by a charge to park when there really isn’t an option is ridiculous!

The only thing was our door was ajar when we went to our room. I went to tell the front desk but it was brushed off as the inspector left it open. That annoyed me.

When we arrived no one was at the check in desk, we were then advised the internet was down. Upon arriving at our room we immediately realized that the room had not been cleaned/ prepared after the last guest left. We went back downstairs and were assigned another room. When we entered our second room it had a door to an adjoining room that was unlocked and wouldn’t lock. After inspecting the room it was determined the beds were dirty and there were bugs. We immediately informed the staff we would not be staying the night and left.

We were in a senior room with safety bars in the shower. We also enjoyed the comfortable chairs in the dining room. We sat and read, I did some needlework, other people played cards. TV was available there, as well. Everyone was friendly. Coffee, tea, and water were always available.
