I was satisfied in every aspect. First of all, all the facilities were spotless. They were so clean that it felt like they were newly built or recently remodeled. The room and bathroom cleaning was immaculate, not a speck of dust could be seen. The breakfast had a wide variety of items, and everything was delicious. The automated pancake machine was also fun to watch. The coffee was excellent because there was an espresso machine that ground the beans right away. And above all, the staff was kind, which made my stay very satisfying. The only slight disappointment was that the TV didn't support Netflix or YouTube. If I stay in Charleston again, I'd like to stay here.

The area around the hotel is dated and old but the hotel can't do anything about it. Inside of the hotel was great. I didn't have any problems.

Clean, but a little dated. Most of the staff was nice, but there was one woman at the front desk that was quite surly. The TV gets basic channels, doesn’t have any way to stream from your phone.

Great hotel for vacation-family friendly!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. There for the weekend and wanted to explore. They provided us with options for adventure as well as dining. The free breakfast was great!! More than muffins and fruit. Also having free Wi-Fi and pool and gym access was a plus!! Can't go wrong!!
