Stay was okay. We had to move rooms because the tv and air didn’t work in the first room. Both rooms had stained carpets and furniture which isn’t something I’m use to when staying at a Hyatt brand.

WE TRAVEL A LOT AND THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST VALUE FOR MONEY HOTELS WE HAVE STAYED IN. WE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. THE STAFF SUPER FRIENDLY, GREAT SPACIOUS ROOM AND EXTREMELY GOOD BREAKFAST VARIETY. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN

The manager was unreasonable. When an incident occurred due to a cleaning issue or some turning the refrigerator to the warmest setting my food was damaged. Management stated I need to assume responsibility because it was a refrigerator and not a freezer. She made assumptions not realizing what my plan was for later that day for my food items. That would have been consumable had the refrigerator worked appropriately. Over 100 dollars in food wasted because the refrigerator was set at its warmest temp.

The hotel is very nice, but there was a floodlight right outside my room, and even with the blinds pulled down, it was way too bright, almost like daytime in the room while trying to sleep.

The rooms lack drawer space to place clothes for longer stays. The "queen" beds felt like doubles, and the sofa bed was too uncomfortable to be used. Just sitting on the sofa was uncomfortable. The room description states "rooms should aways feel, well, roomy." Yeah, the room appears spacious until you soon discover this is very little space to put your belongings. And the door to the bathroom is too large and you have to maneuver around the toilet to close it.
