Room was a terrific size! It had a living area with a desk, a small fridge, and a microwave. It also had a small walk-in closet. Only negative is that the tub and shower curtain had some light stains. They should be replaced. Very clean!

The area was convenient but the problem solving was awful. I had to leave the room due to it having bed bugs at 5 am in the morning and I was unable to get to another room until 1pm. We had to inspect our clothing and do additional cleaning . The manager in charge named Laquana Johnson never followed up with me after I requested a refund for that night. They acted as if it was the norm to have bugs there and they didn’t seem bothered by the inconvenience caused due to the bedbugs. My granddaughter had bites on her which made the rest of the stay there very stressful. I have called and left my phone number and still no call back from anyone since my last night there on Saturday. I wanted to go somewhere else but there was no vacancies and the room was already paid for. I don’t recommend this hotel in this area.

Staff were helpful and kind. Bathtub was stained and drained very slowly. There was also drywall damage near the tub behind the toilet (room 309). Because of the staff, I would give it another chance.

The things we found not up to par were the air conditioner had filters pulled up to block the cold air...when the air ran it was freezing and when it wasn't the room quickly got too warm. Also, the mattresses were too soft for our liking. Other than that the room was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful which was appreciated. We did appreciate the breakfast that was provided...the only suggestion would be that biscuits should be provided for the gravy. The scrambled eggs were the best we've ever had at a hotel.

The room was very clean and set up well for four people. Good lighting. The number of towels vs wash clothes never matched. Room was quiet, parking was a bit cramped. The outside garbage cans were overflowing and the smoking area, which we only noticed because we parked near it was trashy. There was a strange smell in the hallway that we didn’t like.
