Cozy clean space

This location was convenient and safe feeling. The unit was clean and comfortable. The space was well laid out despite not having a lot of space to work with. Everything that was provided worked well and they had added little details to make the stay more enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Charleston.

Loved this little gem!! Upon entering, we met a wonderful young woman who works at the property and was happy to hear we were from the same neck of the woods. We were treated with a bottle of wine, chocolate and coffee so what could go wrong?! Our room was on the ground floor and it was cozy, and super clean! Loved all the amenities that were included. It was a quick walk to King Street and they had everything you could imagine as far as coffee shops, lovely stores, restaurants, and bars. Would definitely stay again if we are back to Charleston.

Our modern home-base in Charleston

We loved The Iris for our week in Charleston. Great location just a short walk from King Street and situated in a cool neighborhood within walking distance to fun restaurants and bars. We walked all over town from here. Our unit was super clean and well-appointed for the two of us. The bed was comfy, the kitchen and bath very modern and the living space was cozy but big enough to watch TV, snack and relax. We loved the "patio" space just outside our door as we chatted with other guests coming and going. The staff was VERY accommodating, helping us with our EV charger parking space. If you have a car, I recommend paying the extra parking fee as the on-site carousel is easy to use and safe. We will certainly stay here again and recommend to friends.

We had a fantastic weekend at this hotel. The parking carousel made parking easy, and the room had a Dyson hair dryer and a fully functioning kitchen— way better than your typical hotels. The sound machine by the bed ensured a peaceful sleep, and the Halloween decor added a fun, festive touch. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Nice, very clean and had all necessary items for a stay. Would have given a five but the location was a block away from a somewhat shady area. The hotel itself was very protected and safe though, gated etc… pleasant stay.

We LOVED staying here! The property managers were so kind and welcoming. The room was beautiful, big, and had a Dyson hairdryer!! We would definitely recommend staying here as it’s so easy to walk places and find great restaurants.

I stayed here with my two teenage daughters for a mom and daughter trip. They loved the location for walking and it’s not directly in the downtown area so the night was much quieter. We felt very safe as the building was super secure.
