We very much enjoyed our stay in the appartment. The appartment is located in a nice area. We did not expirerince any noice even though we stayed there during the weekend. The appartment has a good size, was clean and ready when we arrived. The communication with the rental company was easy.
We were there to see a concert. We had friends visiting from Charlotte. It slept 6 adults very comfortably. Place was clean and tidy. Owners were prompt in their response. Very convenient to downtown. We were able to get e-bikes and putter around with no issues. Food and groceries were within 3 mile radius. Only negative is the space to park. We were able to make it work however donât plan on getting a large SUV or truck in the space provided. That being minor I still going to rate it a 5 star.
Good place to stay, lots of stairs to 3rd floor. The only complaint really is the parking. If you are in Suite B3, they give you a parking spot but you truly can not park there. It was terrible. They do give you parking passes to park on the street but it would be nice to have a designated spot, easily accessible, for the rental.
We enjoyed our stay at the Jasmine Suite! The staircase getting to the suite is a bit narrow, but not a problem for us. It was easy to walk many places from the Jasmine & the surrounding neighborhood is very nice & safe. Alex was most helpful & very prompt in answering questions for us. We would stay here again on our next visit to Charleston!
Unit was very comfortable (AC worked great in the summer!), clean and the location is great. Downtown Charleston (King street, the Battery, Rainbow Row) is very walkable from the property. 4 of us fit comfortably but does require sharing a bed or using the couch. Access to the Wonderer was a nice bonus and a good place to relax and wash up if you need to kill time before a flight with your bags. It isnât walkable so be prepared to drive or uber.
This condo was perfect for a girls weekend! We were hesitant to book with it being one the 3rd floor but it wasnât awful even after walking the city all afternoon. Especially once we were in the space, it was roomy and clean. Loved that it was modern with the natural quirks of a 100 year old building. It is next door to a hospital, we did have some very loud choppers come in one night, but it was more excitement than annoyance to us as they were gone quickly. The management was very prompt and courteous with our questions and requests. I would recommend this place as a little off the beaten path, felt more like a local than a tourist closer to King St.
The apartment was perfect for our needs. Walk to downtown and easy to over in and out. Only downside was the lack of pool and gym onsite. The one-day pass for pool use and exercise gym was not clearly explained in the original listing. Unit B3 has a really small parking space that is difficult to park around the other vehicles. Otherwise the place was great!
I wanted my two daughters to see the Charleston that I love, and having one of them Uber efficient made this location easy to get to all the places we wanted to see in a 3 day weekend stay. The one negative was being on the 3rd floor and lugging our suitcases up the narrow stairway. Comfortable beds and good linens - always a plus.
This unit was nice and met our needs. It is on the 3rd floor so we got in a good workout unloading and loading our luggage and provisions. :-) It is walkable to King St but if you wanted to go beyond King St. you could order a ride share or drive and park. The only downside is parking for the 3B unit. There is no way you can get a vehicle in that spot. Street parking was the only option for us and we were not initially given a street parking pass upon check-in, even though it was requested in advance. By the next morning they had provided us a parking pass and we had no issues after that. Overall, I would recommend this unit to others.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was as described. Kitchen was well appointed. The beds were so comfortable. There were plenty of towels for our needs. The location was great and we were able to walk to some of the places we wanted to see. The only thing I would say was that the parking for our unit was a little tough, but with help from the people in my party they were able to guide me in and out of the parking spot. This was our first time visiting Charleston and we would definitely come back and stay here, should we return someday!
We booked for a birthday weekend for a friend. The apt was very well appointed with anything you could think of. One issue, no can opener but we pivoted! Linens were great, mattresses as well. Would like to have known about the non stop helicopters taking on and off as one member of our group had PTSD and that caused some angst. Additionally, per fire code, there should have been a hanging escape ladder available. With one way in and out, no ladder means if there was a fire, there was no way out. We would def stay again and we know what to bring.
The parking space was hard to access, but there was plenty of street parking available right after New Years for my Momâs milestone birthday trip. Would definitely stay again. Lots of natural light and plenty of room for at least three or four adults. We were able to walk to a couple cool restaurants and werenât too far from the historic areas. My Mom loved it and you will too.
Very well appointed condo. updated and clean. Bed and pillows are wonderful. Very comfortable. Lots of space. Very comfortable for a family of five. About a 10 minute walk away from King Street and all the shops. The best part however is on the way to King Street seeing all the nice coffee, shops, and small restaurants along the way. Nice quiet neighborhood. Perfect location. For this particular suite, the parking space is quite tight. Only a small car would comfortably fit. However, if you have a larger car, please reach out to the host and they can make accommodations for very close parking. The home is located on a dead end street so close street parking would be available
