The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off Thermostat. Turn off all TVs. Close all curtains and blinds. Turn off all outside lights. No moving furniture around. TV remote must stay in the room.
No parking on the front lawn. Parking in driveway only. No leaving trash along the side of the trash can. If it does not fit in the trash bin with the lid closed, you must remove your own trash.
No removing hand soap dispensers, or salt and pepper shakers without replacing. No RV parking without extra charge.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Living room window wouldn't lock, missing bracket. Back bedroom window was unlocked. That room had neither curtains nor blinds. Kitchen window appeared to have broken latch, too. Key was in front door. House smelled like mildew. House was not as described. Premier Host was unprofessional and unreasonable. Have numerous pictures and correspondence with host. Requested refund. VRBO and Host denied. Had to find other accommodations.
