I just booked and try to canceling, due to health issues. Hotel team not responding the calls and tried with chat. They are not ready to listen . I tried multiple times, finally picked the calls and told us do not book via other apps and not ready to cancel it. I tried with hotels customer care, they said we don’t have option and only hotel management decides. Both teams helpless.😂

There should be a clear fee charge if you have a pet that has to be paid up front. There was nothing stating I had to pay a $35 charge to have a dog. Once I went digging, I saw that, but it wouldn’t allow me to add that when booking and it had to be paid before allowing us to check in. I didn’t like being blindsided by an additional $35 charge.
