If you are going to be doing anything at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, this location is perfect. Plenty of food in the area, and easy access to the speedway. The unit was clean and just as described. Read the rest in its entirety.I've been doing the short term house rental (can't say both sites) thing since 2017 and stayed at over 60 homes both in the US and overseas. Back in "the day", the hosts would provide a little extra to make your stay nice, but as of late it seems there is just more for the guest to do on checkout, and nothing to make it "special". This home was just the opposite. The house had everything needed for the stay, and even little extra's in case something was forgotten. After returning from a toothbrush run we found they had some in the bathroom if needed. The snacks, muffins, waters, and fruit, along with the coffee and teas truly made it nice, not to mention the chocolates by the bed. These are all things that aren't required, we just needed a place to land at night and sleep, but it made if feel like we were appreciated and not just a paycheck. In today's world money is tight, and spending the extra money for each guest adds up, but Donna did it right. Oh, I even found as I was packing to head home the container of dog treats on the counter. They thought of it all.It was truly appreciated.
