Clean and nice inside the house

House was in not such a good neighborhood. The internet did not work. The cost for the cleaning was way to high. There needs to be more adequate seats. Hard for everyone to find a place to sit. It is very nice and clean on the inside of the house.

Very clean home

So the home was as shown in pics. Home was very clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us who stayed. Three bedrooms were comfortable and one room needed a new mattress which the host said she would look into. About 11pm we (girls) were playing cards and heard gun shots. Possibly normal for cities as we are all from the country and weren’t sure . During the day neighborhood seemed fine but night time just lock yourself in. Great location for getting to town activities.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this home. The pictures reflected the property as it is. Very quiet neighborhood and clean home, great communication with host. Will definitely rent again in the future!

Responsive Host / Just the Right Size for Us

Great, responsive host. Always replied quickly to my messages. The house was just the right size for our family. Rooms were just as expected and shown online.Looks like recently remodeled (seems like a lot of that is going on in this neighborhood). Nice choices of fixtures, tile, flooring, etc. My only "complaint" would be that there is a bit of maintenance/upkeep need. Kitchen faucet was very loose, as were both of the toilets. Beds were comfortable.

Great stay close to downtown concord

We very much enjoyed our stay! Lauriene was an amazing host! Checked in on us to make sure we made it okay and had helped us with links for the moving process to the area. She was always easily accessible for any questions! We would definitely stay again if we need to visit again before moving.
